I’m honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Council of Virginia (SABCVA), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering our community through education, workforce training, and civic engagement.

With over 15 years of experience in Project Controls, PMO Governance, and Change Management, I bring strategic insight into infrastructure, IT transformation, and stakeholder collaboration. As a PMP® and RMP®-certified Professional Engineer at LEIDOS, I lead Transmission & Distribution Resiliency Programs, building sustainable, future-ready systems.

My career includes leadership roles at NTT DATA, WEBHAWKS, GCB Services, and Veolia-BP, managing complex capital projects and enhancing PMO maturity across energy, utilities, and IT sectors.

Core Expertise: Project Controls (Primavera P6, MS Project), Agile & Predictive PM, Risk Management, and Change Enablement.

Through SABCVA, I’m passionate about mentoring professionals and strengthening South Asian unity across Virginia.

Kirit Udeshi

I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Business Council of Virginia (SABCVA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to empowering the South Asian community through education, workforce development, leadership opportunities, and civic engagement.

With more than 45 years of experience in the IT industry, I have worked with leading organizations including Singer Link Division, MCI, C&P Telephone, and Freddie Mac—starting my career as a developer and rising to the position of Vice President. Over the past decade, I have served as the Director of Outreach at the University of North America, where I have supported countless South Asian students in securing admissions and navigating the I-20 process as a Designated School Official (DSO).

Beyond my professional work, I have proudly served as President of the Gujarati Samaj, contributing to cultural enrichment and community events. I have also produced the Indian radio program Geet Mala, promoting South Asian music and culture.

Core Strengths:
IT project management, project oversight, full project lifecycle experience, and community engagement.

Through SABCVA, I am committed to mentoring the next generation of South Asian IT professionals and helping build a strong network of leaders who uplift and support one another. My mission is simple: empower our community, strengthen our future, and ensure every individual has access to the opportunities they deserve.

Mansoor Qureshi

Chair of the Advisory Committees, South Asian Business Council of Virginia (SABCVA) Advisory Board Member

I serve as the Chair of the Advisory Committees for the South Asian Business Council of Virginia (SABCVA) and as a member of its Advisory Board. With nearly two decades of experience in Virginia, my work is focused on strengthening civic engagement, expanding opportunities, and building bridges across diverse communities.

I proudly represent the South Asian community on the Virginia Asian American Advisory Board, where I advise the Governor on policies that advance economic growth, inclusion, and civic participation.

As the Managing Partner of Capital Films, I lead a media organization dedicated to producing impactful films, documentaries, and community-driven content. My professional journey also includes serving as a Senior Talent Partner, supporting professionals across both the commercial sector and the Federal government.

Through my programs Capital Corner and Mani ka America, I highlight leadership stories, amplify community voices, and bring important civic, cultural, and social issues to the forefront. With a digital audience of more than 400,000 followers, I’ve become a trusted voice for South Asian and multicultural communities.

For more than 15 years, I have organized civic and educational initiatives that empower South Asians across Virginia to engage in the democratic process and contribute to a stronger, more inclusive future.

Our work is guided by strategic objectives designed to support both business excellence and community development:
